How do I submit my custom design and in what format should it be in?
After purchasing a custom product, an email will be sent to you within 24-48 hours requesting you to submit your design. Please ensure your email is accurate when checking out. We request that you submit your design as a vector file. Although JPEG is acceptable, we cannot guarantee the print will be as high quality as the vector formatted one.
Single vs Double Sided Printing
Single sided printing is the more affordable alternative. As there is printing only on one side, it is rather transparent. Double sided printing costs a bit more but it is not transparent and it is the more popular option amongst our customers.
Are there any taxes or shipping fees?
No, we do not charge taxes as a benefit for our customers. We are also proud to provide free expedited shipping to North American destinations.
How long does it take to receive my product?
Generally, production time depends on the quantity and design of the order. For a small order it takes about 14-16 days from design to the product arriving at your door.
Can you make a custom design for me?
Yes, when asked to submit your design post purchase, please notify us that you require help creating a design. We ask that you send a detailed description of what you would like on your design and we will work with you.
I need my product urgently, what are my options?
